|Recommended: YesSince Sonya has been manager this place has become livable, I am proud to live here now. — I would say, that oak tree has has a bad reputation because of advanced managements horrible manager screening. I have lived here for 3 years and we are on our 6th manager and FINALLY a good one. This place has turned around amazingly and is still in need of some improvements cosmetically besides that our manager runs the place with pride and is great with residents everyone here takes more pride in living here and you can tell by how amazing the community has improved. The apartments are cleaner not just environmentally but with the residents who they allow to live here. Great place to live. Hopefully advanced management wont mess this one up.
